Our team is working really hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible.
Orders ship priority mail, which can take up to 48 hrs AFTER PROCESSING to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.

Please note, Styal & Charm is NOT responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.)
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship on WEEKENDS (Saturday/Sunday), or holidays.
Our office and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Year’s Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will began PROCESSING the following business day.
Please allow at least 7-10 extra days for delivery during these high-volume season(s) to avoid disappointment.

Pre-Order Policy
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the item’s description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order/Made To Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.
Email us at support@shopstyal.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order. ( Item(s) must be $75+ to split and ship separately )
Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within (2) business days after the first 24 hours of placing your order. Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent immediately. Use tracking information to check for delivery updates.
Standard Shipping 2-3 business days, AFTER processing.
Expedited Shipping 1-2 business days, AFTER processing.
