Returns ONLY include exchanges and/or store credit. Styal & Charm does not issue refunds.

If the value of your store credit exceeds the total cost of your order, the remaining balance will be saved for future use.

Using your store credit is simple. When you are ready to make a purchase, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. At the payment section, you will see an option to apply your store credit. Simply click on it, and the value will be deducted from your total. If your store credit does not cover the entire cost of your order, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.

Exchanges

At Styal, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, an exchange may be necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our product exchange policy.

Timeframe for Exchange

You have 48 hours from the time your order is delivered to contact us via email to request an exchange. We kindly ask that you provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange. This will help us process your request more efficiently.

Inventory Availability

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. We make every effort to keep our stock up to date, but please be aware that our items sell out quickly. While we will do our best to accommodate your desired exchange item, we cannot guarantee its availability. In the event that your desired exchange item is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Return/Exchange Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the order was defective. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return/exchange reaches us safely. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return/exchange process.

 

In the event that a product is returned for a reason other than defectiveness, there will be a required RESTOCKING FEE. The amount of the restocking fee will be a flat rate of $30.00.  A restocking fee is a charge that a business may apply when a customer returns an item and receives a refund/store credit. The fee covers the cost of removing the item and placing it back into sell-able inventory. Restocking fees will be deducted from the customer's refund/store credit amount. Condition of Returned Item must be NEW/UNWORN

When returning an item for exchange, please ensure that it is in its original form and packaging. The item should be unworn, with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.
